They make me feel like an individual, not just a number. The food is very good and the facility is clean. The Koelsch family has more than six decades in developing, building and operating senior housing. We have been impressed with the friendly, helpful atmosphere here, from both the staff and the residents. Our apartment is beginning to feel like home. Brookdale Hoffman Estates was fantastic!
I have always loved the geriatric population and happy I have had the opportunity to grow at this facility. It's a very nice first floor and there is an outside door to an enclosed garden, which is great. We picked this community because, the cost is frozen through out time there. I would recommend Arden Court of Elk Grove to anyone. The facility staff are kind and small enough that our questions were answered quickly.
In 2021 we lost our mom to cancer, which immediately put us in... It is a nice homey place and the staff is extra friendly. Everyone here is so happy and cozy. It is a very homey atmosphere and it is very pleasant.
